Mandatory Rules Clinics
One head coach from each member school is required to attend one clinic from the options below in order to be eligible to participate in the 2024-2025 season.

2024-2025 Invitational Meet Schedule
Week 31 of our calendar is the end date for obtaining a regional qualifying total. All Invitational, Tri, and Dual Meets from 12/21/24-2/8/25 will count for a lifter’s qualifying total.
Meets held during week 32, 2/9/25-2/15/25, will not count for a lifter’s qualifying total.
