WELCOME TO LHSPLA

We are now accepting team registrations for the 2023-2024 season!

If you would like to compete in LHSPLA meets, you must first be a LHSAA member school and declare powerlifting as a sport. Then, complete the LHSPLA Registration Form and mail it with your dues to our PO Box. The postmark deadline is December 1, 2023. If you have any questions, please reach out to LHSPLA Secretary Sarah Wages at lhspla.secretary@gmail.com.

PLEASE NOTE:

All schools are ineligible to compete at ANY LHSPLA Meet until their school’s LHSPLA Registration form has been received in good order, along with annual Registration Fee and verified via email by the LHSPLA Secretary.
